How I Work With Bookkeeping Clients

  • What is your approach to bookkeeping and working with clients?

    My approach goes beyond just reporting what happened in your financial past. While I'll certainly handle all your transactional bookkeeping and keep everything organized, my most successful clients, like you, want to understand the trends and transform their financial reports into a powerful tool for moving the needle forward and making important business decisions.

  • How quickly can I expect a response to my emails or calls?

    I respond as quickly as possible, often immediately if I’m available. Typically, I reply within a few hours and no later than 24 hours, depending on your service level. Your response time, either "within hours" or "within 24 hours", is specified in your contract.

  • Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make each month?

    There’s no limit to the number of requests you can make. However, I conduct a quarterly service fee review during the first year of our engagement to ensure the scope of work matches the monthly fee. If your requests significantly increase, I may adjust the fee at the next review.

  • How do I stay updated on the status of my account work?

    I upload all financials and supporting documentation to your client portal. You’ll receive a quick note via portal chat, email, or text, whichever method you prefer to let you know when everything is ready.

  • Do you only work with clients locally?

    No, I work virtually with clients across the United States. Using secure online tools and clear communication, I’m able to provide personalized services to clients no matter where they are located.
